How the Mighty Have Fallen

Second Samuel. Stand up on your feet with me if you're able to. Second Samuel, Chapter one. Now, it came to pass after the death of Saul that David returned from the slaughter of the Amalekites. David had stayed two days in Ziklag.

So he just returned. He just recovered everything. On the third day, behold, it happened. So he's back at his base camp on the third day, it happened that a man from Saul's camp with his clothes torn, dust on his head. So it was when he came to David that he fell to the ground and prostrated himself.

And David said to him, where have you come from? And he said to him, I've escaped from the camp of Israel. Then David said to him, how did the matter go? Please tell me. And he answered, the people have fled from the battle.

Many of the people are fallen and dead. And Saul and Jonathan his son are dead also. So David said to the young men who told him, how do you know that Saul and Jonathan his son are dead? Verse 6.

And the young man who told him said, I, as I happened by chance to be on Mount Gilboa, there was Saul leaning on his spear, and indeed the chariots and horsemen followed hard after him. Now, when I looked behind him, I saw him. And he called to me, and he said, here I am. He said to me, who are you? So I answered him, I'm an Amalekite.

He said to me again, please stand over me and kill me, for I'm in anguish, for anguish has come upon me, but my life still remains in me. So I stood over him and killed him, because he was. Because I was sure that he could not live after he had fallen. And I took the crown that was on his head and the bracelet that was on his arm, and I brought them here to my Lord. Therefore, David took hold of his clothes and he tore them, and so did all the men who were with him.

And they mourned. Verse 12. And they mourned and wept and fasted until evening for Saul and for Jonathan his son, and for all the people of the Lord. And the Lord, and for the house of Israel, because they have fallen by the sword. Let's pray.

Lord, what a text.

Help me communicate what you've burned in my heart to your people tonight, that we Would never be the same as a result. In Jesus name, amen. You may be seated. It goes on to then. Didn't want to have you stand while we read the whole thing.

It's funny. I went to my Bible and I went to go turn it, but it doesn't turn like that.

He writes this lament, which is interesting. It mentions the book of Jasher, which is a book that is mentioned twice. I think it's two times. Once here and once in Joshua. We have no book of Jasher.

We don't know where that is, but it is mentioned here. So it's inspired because it's in the canon of scripture that you hold in your hand. I just wanted to say that it's. It seems that maybe it references the book of Joshua. We don't.

Not sure. But it's a lament. It's a song he makes. A national song. So do you find that odd?

Do you find it odd that your enemy is now dead? The enemy is dead. You think the song would be Ding Dong to make it obtain. Anybody know that song? You think he would sing that?

He doesn't. He weeps. Why is he weeping? This insano tried to kill him a number of times. He's caused all kinds of.

I mean, he's been at it I don't know how many years. I think it's 15 years running in a cave. Persecuted and he laments. He laments. He's sorrowful.

Why?

Come on. If your enemy. Your competition. Who wrote. You know, who wrote nasty things about you on Facebook?

If he, you know, you're like, oh, I don't. I don't want him to die. I don't want him to die. I just want him maimed. Okay.

You know, your heart's not right in that.

It is amazing to me how David responds to the death of Saul. It is truly amazing. And it's an indication of who he is as a man of God.

This. Look at the. Look at verse 19. The beauty of his. Look what he writes.

Now, I gotta say this. It's not just him lamenting. It's his men. Please don't miss this. He's imparted into these men that are with him about how to honor.

About how to turn the other cheek. He's imparted into them about how not to be someone who's filled with vengeance and anger because they were wronged. You wronged me. You should be keyholed. How many know what that is?

All of them. The. All the pirates. The pirates favorite letter is what's the pirate's favorite letter R keyhole is to be pulled underneath. Pulled underneath your vessel.

Underneath the vessel of a. Of a ship. It was a form of punishment.

He doesn't wish death on him. And not only he doesn't wish death. All his men. All his men are. Aren't angry.

They're grieving and they're sorrowful. Why it his adullam years are over. Dude, you moving? Moving out of the cave. I'm moving.

Where are you Moving out of the cave. Where are you going? I'm going. I'm going to the White House. I mean, that's the view.

That's really seemingly possibly what's going to happen now. It doesn't quite turn out that way. The fulfillment of his dream comes to pass. And so he calls him. Come on.

The beauty of Israel, verse 19. Is slain in the high places being Gibbia. How the mighty have fallen. I've entitled this the mighty have fallen. How the mighty have fallen.

Say that with me. How the mighty have fallen. What's fascinating to me. How the mighty have fallen, he says in verse 19, Mighty is related to God. Mighty and God.

So it's. It's really an unusual picture where there's mighty in God. They're mighty in God, but they've fallen. It's a picture that you can think you're mighty in God and you can lose. It's a picture of losing your place of strength in God.

And that's what happened with Saul. And he's grieved, and he goes on to write, tell it not in Gath. Proclaim it in the streets of ashkelon. Oh, verse 21. The mountains of Gilboa.

I mean, he writes this song, and it. He makes it a national song.

Look at verse 17 going back verse 17. And David lamented with this lament over Saul and Jonathan, his son, and he told them to teach the children of Judah the Song of the Bow. That's what it's called, the Song of the Bow. Teach all your kids a song. I want everybody to learn this song.

And in the song, he honors the guy that's trying to kill him. Why? Because he understood something in God that you need to understand. That. That I'm learning as well, that even though you have somebody that hates you, you know, anybody ever had a hard time with someone?

Raise your hand if you've had a hard time with them. Raise your hand if you know someone that hates you. They've told you I hate you. Now, as a believer, you can't hate your brother and Sister. And love the Lord.

Now, you got to sort that out. But there can be, like, a residue of bitterness, and there could be things on the inside of. I don't like how he treated me, took my business. He stole stuff. You're like.

You talking about my wife. I'm not talking about you talking about your husband. Maybe he doesn't allow that bitterness. He. He change.

He speaks over a nation. And instead of a nation rejoicing in the death of their king, which brings no honor to anybody, he changes the whole atmosphere by teaching everybody to honor. Honor up, honor down, honor all around. Say with me. Honor up, honor down, honor all around.

You say, well, they're not honorable. Yes, that's true. They're not honorable. But you are. Come on.

Someone say, I am. So you do honorable things. So he makes them learn this whole song. And it is truly amazing to me how the mighty have fallen. One of the greatest.

You want to write something down? Write this down. One of the greatest spiritual tests and one of the greatest tests of your maturity is how are you going to respond when the people who hurt you finally got what's coming to them?

Haven't you guys been through anything? My God. I've got some stories which I can't say because some of them were, like, last week. God's able to help you. God's able to help you.

And when he deals with the competition, with the problem, with the trial, with the Saul in your life, when he deals with it, and how are you going to respond? Because how you respond is an indication of what your walk is like with God. And David responds in a way that is totally contrary to the way that we would respond to the world. You're like, I knew. Hey, you know?

I knew. Hey, I. Oh, yeah, you know? I know. I. I saw something in him. I saw something in her.

He got what's coming to him. Play with sin. You're going to get burned with fire. You're going to get burned. Mess with the bull, you're going to get the horns.

Now the Lord knows. Lord knows. Yeah. People say all kinds of stuff. About what?

About people. Why is it that David doesn't. Now, come on. Come on, engage. Why didn't he.

Why didn't he just, like, do the jig? Why didn't he do it? Why wasn't he just all excited about the fact that Saul is now dead? Why is he weeping? Why is he mourning?

Why? The guy. This. The guy is running From. With.

From 3,000 soldiers is now dead. He's gone. He's his friend is dead and gone. Now we can understand that. Although you look at Jonathan like, I don't know, Jonathan really didn't pull too hard for him over the recent years.

I mean, what was Jonathan doing? Like, you didn't hear a bunch. Jonathan pulling for him at Gibbie or whatever after was a little bit silent in his friendship, but he had a covenant relationship with him. The way that you respond to how people, the people that finally get vengeance from the Lord is a big indication of who you are. David had every reason to celebrate the death of Saul and he didn't.

And he's a man after God's own heart. You say, what does that tie into the New Testament? Oh, my, yes, it does. Didn't rejoice over Saul's death.

Proverbs 24:17. Don't rejoice when your enemy falls. Do not let your heart be glad when he stumbles. Write this down. Ezekiel 33.

And Jesus in the New Testament walking with the disciples. And there were some that were out of order according to them. And he said, and they say to Jesus, hey, hey, these guys over there, should we call fire down on him? He's like, what?

I love the faith of the fact that they think they can call fire down. But he says, you know, not what spirit you're of now. This could be challenging when people have really got you like a fish.

Ezekiel 33:11. I have no pleasure in the death of the wicked.

That the wicked turn from his way and live, but that the wicked turn from his way and live. So God doesn't celebrate destruction. And if you do, you need to. You need to repent and adjust your heart to know that it's by the grace of God that you are sitting here in your right mind, most of you, and that by God's grace, you're not dead and you're. You're not down the road somewhere.

But I've just kept thinking about this today, going through my mind. How, why? I think because I think one of the reasons is David had an understanding of God's mercy. May we have a revelation of that. You know, one of the things I get concerned about with preachers and even friends of mine that have been very, very stride and against.

And against those who seemingly do foolish things. I don't. I'm not talking about sin, but believe a certain way or don't walk in faith. I. You're not going to hear me saying a lot of stuff about a lot of pastors.

Now. I'm going to tell you if Hymenaeus Pastor Jaime shows up, I'm a beak. I'll be lighting him, lighting them up online. Pastor Jaime. Does anybody understand the New Testament?

Hymanaeus, Alexander. If there's ever a time where somebody needs to be exposed because they're going to hurt the church, I'll be right in line to throw them onto the bus. I'll be driving the bus and I'll back the bus up and I'll drive over them again. Because there are false prophets and there are people that are going to lead people astray. And it's my job as a good shepherd, following the good shepherd, an under shepherd to, to protect you.

So if there's ever a time where we need to do that, we will. But I. I get a little concerned where people start throwing stones because every single person here, every single one here has a capacity, the word mighty in God. Everyone here has a capacity to fall. Every single one. I got one.

One person clapping and amending on the third row. Every single one of us could wipe out. And I think David understood it because he had. And I think also he came from a family of pain. I think that he had, I think that he had experienced so much and he knew it was God's amazing grace that he chose him, that he selected him, that he anointed him, that he guided the rock into the head of the fat headed Philistine.

I think he realized, man, the Lord. It's not even like David wants to become king. It's like he just wants to please God. Imagine that the other thing that's happening here, that, that is that you would notice at a casual glance. Everybody's watching David.

He doesn't, he doesn't believe the guy. He's like, what? Show me the, show me the bracelet and the, and the crown. And he's like, I saw those. I know those are his.

I was in Gibbia. He's my father in law, you know. Oh God. And he grieves. It's.

It sets him up to be honorable in front of a whole nation. But I don't even think he's thinking about that. I think he's thinking about the Lord and just doing the right thing.

You saw Saul really through God's eyes, which sometimes I've had a hard time doing that. The beauty is slain. This whole lament is talking about how great Saul is. How great Jonathan, great he was trying to kill you last week. Are you tracking with me?

David not only remembered Saul's failures, but he remembered that Saul is chosen by God, that he Fought for Israel. I think he remembered also that Saul loved David at one point, before he got demonized and lost his mind.

In the course of pastoring these many years, we've had people that we're very. We're very close with, and we just love them and discipled them and helped them and watched them walk in victory. And then something happens and they get offended and they leave. I've been able to guard my heart over that. Let me.

Can I tell you how? Okay, I will. I'll tell you. You rejoice over the time they're with you, and you rejoice for all the good things, and you rejoice for that which is right and pure and just. And then maybe they're shanking you on Facebook.

Maybe they're doing things that are hurting you. I mean, people need to be corrected, including you and me. We all need to be corrected. Amen. If you don't correct something, you're going to have the devil running your business.

You're going to have the devil in your family. You're going to have a devil in the church. You got to correct stuff. I'm correcting. I think much of what I do is correcting things.

Anybody been corrected by the Lord lately? Because if you're not, you're probably illegitimate. He corrects his children. Those whom the Lord loves, he beats the hell out of. Because if you should, if you have any hell in you, it'd be good to get rid of it.

Did the right thing. Come on, do the right thing. Oh, my goodness. Everybody say, do the right thing. I was in a meeting.

It had to be 20. She's got to be 20. Five years ago, we had expanded to one of the nations, and there was a gathering of people that were coming. I'm gonna protect the guilty. And they were.

They were coming. And so Dr. Morocco went to do a belong class to teach about the vision of the church and where we're going, what we're doing. So There was probably 30 people that came to the belong class. But at the end of the belong class, he gave opportunity for people to agree and come into covenant. And we're going to launch this church.

And they had been meeting. We're going to launch this church. So 30 people. And out of 30 people, only one decided, yes, I'm in agreement. I'd like to.

I want to be in covenant with. Let's do it. Only one out of 30. Now, remember what Dr. Morocco said. We had a meeting.

He said, no, we're not doing. We're not doing A church down there. We're not doing that. And he was a little heated. He was.

He said, listen to me. Y' all, listen to me. He raises his voice, and they like the Italian that he is. He said, you do the right thing, and if people don't like it, they can cram it. Now, we're not quite sure of the definition of cram it, but if you'll just do.

Do the right thing. Do the right thing. And that's what David did. He did the right thing. He.

He celebrated and honored him. He was God's anointed. Yes. He lost the anointing. Yes.

He got insane. Yes. He's done some things that are not good. But he. He looked at him.

Go. Go to Second Corinthians, chapter five.

So if you've been through hurt, you've been through difficulty, you have a competitor that tried to undermine you, maybe your spouse or something happened, listen, you've got to respond rightly. You got to respond like David in those situations and let God deal with it. Let God sort it out.

Second Corinthians, chapter 5 and verse 16. Therefore. Oh, my goodness. Therefore, from now on, we regard no one according to the flesh. The flow of thought here is that Christ died for all.

This is previous. No longer view people, therefore regard no one. Don't look at them. Don't. Don't judge them according to the flesh.

Judge them according to Christ. View them as God would view them. That's why that message that I preached not long ago about being made in the image and likeness of God is so important. Because it doesn't matter if they're black. It doesn't matter if they're white.

It doesn't matter if they're yellow. It doesn't matter the color of their skin or where they come from. Every single single person is made in God's image and deserves to be honored. Even if they're wicked. Even if they're wicked.

Now, it doesn't mean you. You, you, you know, blow kisses to the wicked person. I mean, they need to be called out. Some people need to be sued. Why would, you see, sue somebody so they quit doing that nonsense to other people.

They went, oh, we're not supposed to sue a brother. That's right. Unless he's not a brother, then sue him.

And sometimes a brother needs to be sued. Listen, can I just say this? Sure. Okay. If you do business with somebody for the love of God, have a contract.

Have a very detailed. But they love Christ. I know they do. And we all hear things differently. You Ever play the.

You ever play the game telephone?

Where's a full row? Where's a full row? Here we go. Who wants, who wants to play the game telephone? I need a full row.

Full row, full row, full row, full row. I'm using. Here we go, Mac. Let's go. All right, Spread that down.

Got to do it quick. You only get to hear it once. Next. Quickly, quickly, quick. Hurry up, hurry up, hurry up, hurry up, hurry up, hurry up, hurry up.

Come on, come on, come on, come on, come on. You ready?

You're. You're last.

Okay, tell them.

And what do we have? Jesus is Lord. Wow. We got that right. Okay, lift your hands.

Amen. Come on, somebody say Amen. It must have been an anointed row or something. Is just see like the cloud covering the back row.

We regard no one according to the flesh. You've got to see people from, from God's perspective.

And I don't know, over the years again, I've seen things happen and I've been cautioned to not make a snap judgment. Don't ever make judgment on somebody. Final decisions on someone when they're still alive. Because God can turn the ugly hard headed person around because he did it with you, he can do with them. Amen.

And the other thing is you're going to be with them if they get born again. You're going to live with them forever.

No, no, no. Think about this. Think about the person that maybe you don't like. How about, let's say a believer. They say they love God, but you have ought between them and you tried to work it out, but they hate you and they're doing whatever they're doing.

God loves them as much as he loves you. And to view that is very encouraging and enlightening to your heart. And you're going to be with them forever. Forever, because they're like billions of years, but there's no years in eternity. It's just forever.

And they're going to be right next to you forever.

The other thing I think is important to note in the Psalms, listen to what David said. Psalm 1. The Lord is my shepherd, I shall not want. Psalm 7. See if you can get the theme here.

Some trust in chariots, summon horses, but we trust in the name of the lord our God. 1st Samuel 17, verse 45. He says to the fat headed Philistine, you come at me with spear and sword and javelin. I come to you in the name of the Lord of hosts. Psalm 2.

The Lord is my rock and my fortress, my deliverer, my God in whom I trust. Psalm 75 and verse 6. For promotion comes neither from the east, nor from the west, nor from the south, but God is the judge, and he puts one down and exalts another. He learned. Listen.

David learned to overcome his dysfunctional family. He learned to overcome all of these things. The lion, the bear. He learned this, which is really the heart of the message. God is your source.

He's your source. He's the one that elevates you. He was the one that'll bring you up. He's the one that'll vindicate you if you. You take your hands off it.

He'll fix the wagon. The wagon will be fixed if you'll trust God. You're in the seminary of Saul. You're in a difficult place. And all of the eyes, where all the eyes of the nation are on David.

And he doesn't castigate the king, and he doesn't. He exalts him and makes a national worship song and makes everybody learn it. That's what it says. All the children of Judah. And he becomes the king of Judah.

Here. A little bitty coronation time. Over and over and over. You look at David, the man after God's own heart. He messes up and he retunes.

He signs up again. He. He. He. He dusts himself off The.

The righteous fall a thousand times, but they get. They get up. The Lord will get. Get you get back up, retune, recalibrate, repent. Live a lifestyle of repentance.

And that's what he does. That's what we're all supposed to do. He refused to take revenge. You know, I think the Amalekite came expecting to get a reward. And David just killed him.

Why? Because he said, I'll not touch mine anointed. He just. He was just grieved. You're not supposed to touch.

God's anointed. You shouldn't have done that. The Amalekite's like, I killed him.

In Matthew, chapter 5 and verse 44.

Can I have keys, please? Matthew, chapter 5, verse 44.

Love your enemies. Bless those who curse you. Do good to those who hate you. Loving your enemies is not a weakness. It's a character trait.

I've told the story so many times before, but it's how I've. I learned. I learned this.

I learned this. I was witnessing, going door to door, and I came to a house, and I knocked on the door, and the guy almost ripped the door off the hinges, screaming at me, get off of my porch. Get out of here. I Said, dude, okay, listen, I just wanted to shut the good. I mean, just cursing at me.

And I'm like, saved a couple years, maybe. Maybe a year. And I was certainly not 100% sanctified. So I started cursing him with Christian blessings. Does anybody know what that's like?

Oh, yeah. God bless you, bro. Huh? Yeah. Anybody know what I'm talking about?

Huh? God bless you right there. Let him bless you. Just had a way. Like you.

You really wanted to put curses in there, but you said God bless you instead. Well, he leveled up. I said, dude, I just came to tell you about the love of God. Get off of my. And he's.

And he spits in my face right here. Land big, big nasty in my eye, bro. I almost beat him. I just thought a fivefold. Him back hit him.

Somebody knock him back to the second grade.

And I felt that rush of anger. And I realized, don't do that. God bless you.

I walked off. As I walked out of his. Of the property, I'm wiping this thing out of my eye going, he's got hepatitis C. I know he does. Jesus help me right now. I walk out.

I walk out and I have the deepest sorrow comes on me and rejection. I start crying, and I'm crying down the side of the road. I'm passing the houses that I was going to visit. And now I'm weeping like God type. And Titus see the freak.

Yeah.

And the Lord speaks to me and says, he rejects you. He's rejecting me. Whatever. And then the scripture comes, rejoice when you're persecuted for righteousness sake, for yours is the kingdom of heaven. And I thought, yeah, whatever.

Rejoice.

It just comes again. Rejoice, Rejoice. And so what I did, I knew God was talking to me, and I had an honor of the Word. So the scriptures coming to mind. And I knew it was the Holy Spirit.

And so I figured I'd give a token. Rejoice. You know, I'm like, hey, thank you. And the Lord's like, was that real? I'm like, no, it wasn't.

Really, it wasn't. Okay. So I just said genuinely, with about 1/100th of my heart, I said, thanks. And when I said thanks, but I meant it. I thought this.

I thought, ooh. And so then I said, it'll be okay, Lord. Thank you. And I felt the power of God. Thank you for allowing me to be persecuted.

And man, I got set on fire power. God hit me. I'm weeping with my hands, walking down the side of the road. I'm suffering for the Lord right now, and it really isn't all that much, but God, thank you that I get to stand and decree and declare. Lord, thank you.

Tonight you've counted me worthy to be able to share the good news. News. Thank you that oh, the prophets were persecuted in the same way. Thank you that I get to be amongst them, even in this small way right now because some hepatitis C freak spit on me.

Change your channel. Love people you don't know. No, I don't know what they did, but I do know that God wants you to just turn the other cheek and bless them and again, maybe sue them. It all depends. You need to be led by the spirit.

But don't get angry. Don't get a bitterness. Don't be like, they're dead. Yeah, he's dead.

That's sick. That's not of God. One more story, because I know you like them.

My first. My first pastorate.

So as I. As I tell you this story, answer this question. Who are you going to respond like? Are you going to respond like David? Are you going to respond like a Saul?

Who are you going to respond like? Saul wanted to kill David. Who are you going to respond like, David or Saul? You take your pick. Or I mean, in the context, how about Jesus?

You respond like Jesus, who opened, not his mouth, like a lamb brought before the shearers. It's my first pastorate and had a very strong leader and for whatever reason he thought he was in charge and he was older than me, and I'm the young guy, I'm like 30. And he was flexing. If I could use a millennial, the Gen Z or term. He was flexing on me and was telling me what.

What we're going to do. And I said, well, are you asking me? Are you telling me? And he says, no matter what you say, that's what we're doing. I said, oh, you're messed up.

Big muscular guy, twice my age, got all up in my face a little bit. Oh, yeah? I said, yeah, yeah, I'm the pastor. He's like, yeah, we'll see. And he walked off.

Well, he walked off and I thought, oh, I'm a shank him. I'm gonna get him. Imma get him. I'm like, no, you're not. No, you're not.

And I'm thinking, he's going to split the church. He had the. Had the all. He had its whole following all these people. It's my first church.

I thought, my first church. I'm a Split it for Dr. Morocco. Fantastic. I'm gonna have a church split. Oh, Jesus, help me.

So I called and I got prayer and I did all the different things I could do. And then on Easter Sunday, I preached in his face that without submission to authority, there's no resurrection. It's, it's true.

I didn't, I didn't like, totally, except for a couple points, you know, I didn't like. I mean, I talked to everybody and I come back, Come on, camera guy, get a grip.

And I, knowing now I, I think I could have done a much better job having some maturity now. So on Easter Sunday, I brought the heat three quarters of the way through, stood up with his wife and walked out the back door. And I thought, hallelujah.

Oh God, I lost a sheep. I felt psychotic. I called Dr. Morocco and I followed up with the couple. They said, yeah, we're not coming back to the church. And I'm thinking, that's awesome.

I mean, I didn't say that. I said, okay, well, hey, God bless you. You know, just glad he didn't run off with half of the church. And then I felt this deep sorrow and I realized that he. I was threatened by him and I realized I was insecure in my leadership and I realized that he needed love and he needed, he needed.

Needed what I didn't have, what he needed, I didn't have. It was an immature 30 year old pastor who had my own issues, full of, full of fire and maybe some arrogance too. Imagine that. I know that's hard to imagine, but it's true.

I called doctor After I was weeping in prayer. I said, I feel like I've lost my mind. He said, what's happening, Pastor Daniel? I said, you know, so and so they left the church. He's like, yes.

I said, okay, yeah, but, but like now I'm really sad. He said, you were concerned before, right? I said, very concerned. He could have taken, he could have taken half of our people, maybe. He said, and now you're sad?

I said, yeah. He says, oh, Pastor Daniel, you're a pastor. I thought, that's lame that there's this battle that we have when we go through difficulty. Be like Jesus, be like David, don't, don't get angry and bitter and rejoice when your enemy loses. Love them, bless them, do everything you can.

Because in doing that, God will elevate you, elevate your character, promote you. And you know what God did? He used this, I believe, to touch the nation of Israel. Israel. To say, oh, that's the kind of guy he really?

Is he honored Saul? We all know what Saul did. But he honored God. He honored the anointing. He honored the office of king.

People of God, the great tension is when you have a promise and it doesn't match up with your time frame of how that's going to come to pass. And that can be challenging. And in that is the school of the. The seminary of Saul. You wait for your promise.

You contend for your promise. You keep. Keep your heart right. Keep serving. Is it at this time that you restore the kingdom?

It's not for you to know the times and seasons, but you'll be endued with power from on high if you get so full of the spirit of God and keep your heart right before the Lord and don't end up becoming a Saul yourself. God will bless you. He will promote you. He will elevate you. Stand upon your feet all across this well.
