5 Key Relationships to Master

Christianity is a learning life, and growth requires us to continually learn how to walk with God.
Pastor Ivan Tate teaches on five essential relationships every Christian must learn to navigate: our relationship with God, ourselves, the world, our family, and the church. Each of these areas requires intentional growth, discipline, and a willingness to allow God to teach and transform us.
With a special focus on the local church, Pastor Ivan explains why believers were never designed to walk alone. Scripture describes the church as an ark, an army, a body, a bride, a family, a garden, and a temple. Each picture reveals something about the protection, purpose, growth, relationships, and spiritual development we experience when we are connected to the body of Christ.
Even when the church is imperfect, God desires for His people to be planted, healed, restored, and connected to a spiritual family. This message challenges us to move beyond simply attending church and develop a committed relationship with God’s house as we continue growing into who He has called us to become.
Hi, this is Pastor Daniel Bracken. You're listening to Kings Alaska Podcast. I hope the Word encourages you and you get a touch from God that brings transformation and equips you to experience life with people, power and purpose. Thank you for joining us. Enjoy the Word.
Be seated. And we're going to get right into it tonight. In, in, in, in walking with God for 54 years. I'm going on 55. Not for bragging purposes, but just to give you a background.
I have learned these things. One is that there are five relationships that you have to master as a Christian or you're not going to do very well. If you don't master in. If you don't. If any of these five relationships are not properly managed and mastered, you end up having big time issues and you don't want that.
You, you also need to remember that Christianity is a learning life. Christianity is not a religious life. It is a learning life. So you get. You come to Jesus.
Let's say last week, you're like a baby. You have to get milk. You need to learn simple things to begin with, but as you grow, you grow by learning. You don't know anything about anything. The only weapon you have is your testimony.
When I got saved, knew nothing. So all I had was my testimony. But with my testimony, because I was still in high school, with my testimony, I had almost 90 athletes get saved just with my testimony. Not ever having gone to church yet or had anybody. I didn't even know I was a Christian, I would just tell them to go to the tree where this thing happened and read this part of the Bible and then magic stuff would happen.
That was my evangelistic appeal.
But we had almost, you know, 90 athletes. And then because I found out it was the Bible that I had been reading, I said, well, this Bible is all torn up and written in. And I went to the bookstore and I said, do you have a, like a Bible? They said, yeah, we got all kinds of Bibles. Really?
I don't know what kind to get. What kind is this one? And they said, that's called like good news for modern man or something. I said, well, do you have this in a better shape? He said, yeah, we got it in better shape.
And as I was walking to go over there, I noticed a big white, thick, and it said Holy Bible. And I go, whoa, that's the Bible, that giant book with the gold letters on it. And I opened it up and it had big pictures in there. And one of the pictures was David with Goliath's head dripping Blood. And I said, this is the Bible I want, I want the blood Bible with a head.
So I told all the guys and the girls, I said, look, go and get this, it's 1995, doesn't even have tax on it. And so pretty soon everyone, like almost 90 people at that time were carrying around these big family sized Bibles in high school. And I said, now whatever you do, don't read them, just look at the pictures because there's magic in there. And I don't know how it all works yet, but there's magic in there, I'm telling you.
So you begin, but, but you grow. You know, if you're going to study to be a doctor, you're not just going to jump into surgery. Nobody's going to give you a scalpel and say, well, you're called to be a surgeon. You know, open this guy's brain, let God lead you, you know. Well, Christianity is more complex.
It is much higher intellectual requirements, much higher spiritual requirement, much higher of everything. The most dangerous thing you can do to yourself is to remain ignorant of the many wonders and mysteries that lie ahead.
So think about that. If you're not a studying Christian, then you are a staggering Christian. You have to be a learning Christian. You have to learn everything about everything is learning if you want to be healthy. You can't just be healthy in your soul and spirit.
You also be healthy in your body. But you're not going to get healthy in your body if you don't study it in great detail and find out everything about your body and then find out everything that goes on in your body and how it's affected by things and then get rid of everything that hurts you and basically, you know, eat seaweed.
So I say all that for what I'm about to do. So five relationships, okay? The first one I already talked to you about on Sunday night, which is your relationship with God. I gave you a lot of information on that. And if you weren't here, please order that.
I believe they recorded that and you can order that. And it's also on YouTube so you can go there and get that and learn about having an intimate relationship with God. It is not the same as religion. It is not religion. It is different.
It's a relationship. And there's many different kinds you can have. Everyone here has different relationships with God. Some of you are very close to him, some of you think you're very close to him, some of you are not very close to him. Some of you don't know what you are that's where everybody's at.
So just remember what I told you. You have to learn your way out of every form of poverty because you have to look at your life as rich or poor in God. You're either rich with God or you're poor of God, one of the two. And so wherever you suffer and wherever you're poor and wherever you have failure, then you're poor. You, you do not have.
You're in poverty. And so you got to get out by learning, let's say you hate somebody in your family. Hatred is poverty. So you have to learn. How can I get to a place where I don't hate this person?
Well, you'll learn your way there. God will teach you and you'll learn your way. Then one day you won't hate him. And then maybe even you might even get to love them. And maybe because you love them unconditionally, they treat you bad, you treat them good.
They might even at some point repent, get converted, and become your closest ally and friend for the rest of your life because you love them into the kingdom when all they did was hate. You give somebody a. A big hug and say, you know, your hair is really beautiful color.
So that's the first one, your relationship with God. The second one that you have to have is you have to master your relationship with yourself.
You know, if you don't figure out how to dominate yourself, how to crucify your flesh, how to die every day, how to discipline yourself, how to overcome your sins and your temptations and your bad habits, how to overcome your impulses and your desires and your weaknesses, how to stop cussing, how to clean your mind, how to clean your emotions, how to get rid of your anger, how to kill your dead relatives. They're alive inside you. Kill them all so they don't pass their curses on to you. You have to have a relationship with you that you can look in the mirror and say, wow, God is really doing something in my life. I can see the fruit coming out.
So that's a very important thing. Master that. And then the third thing is you have to have a relationship. You have to master your relationship with the world, the world itself, everything about the world. You have to have a relationship with the world that doesn't hinder your relationship with God and it doesn't trip you up.
You can't be half worldly and fully Christian. You cannot love the world and still love God. At some point, you have to separate yourself from the spirit of the world. Being worldly, liking, worldly Music more than godly music, liking bars more than church, liking cussing more than praying, liking sexual things, liking lying, liking pride and ego and the spirit of pride, the lust of the eyes, the lust of the flesh, the boastful pride of life. All of these issues.
You have to have a relationship with the world that is not antagonistic on your part. You cannot hate the world. The sign that you don't love the. That you don't have a good relationship with the world is that you never talk to them about Jesus. You never ever try to win anybody to the Lord.
You have your lifesaver, but you keep it to yourself. That's how Christians punish the world. They let them go to hell.
That's why you don't talk to your brothers, your sisters, your parents, anybody, unless you're. Unless you have a spirit of cowardice. I would be the second thing. You just are cowardly. You're not very comfortable.
It scares you to talk to strangers and do that. And then some of you are just a little nuts. So you have to be watched and trained and properly handled because you're going to cause a lot of trouble, because you have no filters. You know, you just. Whatever, it's okay.
You're not a bad person. You're just untrained, just like a cat.
So you got the Lord, you got yourself, you got the world. And then you have to have the right relationship with your family.
You cannot just be at odds with your wife or your husband. You can't just do. You can't just let that go on as much as lies within you. You have to be at peace with people. It doesn't mean you will have a good relationship because they may not be willing, but on your part, you have to be willing to walk with your family, your husband, your wife, your children, your parents.
You know, you need a relationship with them that is very powerful. And so you have to work at it. These are the five things you got to work at. And if you mess up in any of them for any length of time, it will cost you more than you are willing to pay and damage you much more than you thought it would. And it will take your feet right out from under you.
So you really need to work on your family and work hard and develop that. That's four, and I'm going to spend the majority of the time on the fifth one. So you got those four. Now, if you're a learning Christian, then you're writing notes. You're seeing if God will tell you anything.
I'm not an advocate of taking notes on an entire sermon. That's just not the way I teach people to do it. What I teach people to do is write down what God tells you, because that's the part you have to memorize. If you try to take notes on everything, you may look like you're really doing it and it's helping you, but in a lot of cases, you're just doing busy, busy work. You won't even remember it.
What you want to write down is what you're going to memorize. That's what you want to write down. You say, okay, that was God talking to me. And I'm not going to forget that. I'm not saying you don't enjoy taking notes because some of you are natural students.
So you like taking notes. I'm not telling you don't do it. But I'm telling you what you do want to do. You write down what you can say. God said that to me.
God said that to me. So he wants me to never forget that. I'm going to remember that. I'm going to memorize it. Never going to forget it.
This is your growing. This is how you're going to grow. If you do two things from every sermon and you listen to 50 sermons in a year, that's a hundred things. And, and if you do that every year, you know, in 10 years you have 1,000 things that God has personally spoken to you that have redefined who you are.
Praise the Lord. Let's go to the final one, where I'm going to spend most of my time. Let's go to Matthew 16:18. Now, this is the relationship that is very important. We read in the Bible that Jesus loved the church so much that he died and gave up his life for the church.
That's what we read. That's what it says. Jesus loved the church so much that he died for it. He gave his life for it. We read in Matthew 16:18 this I will build my church, and the gates of hell will not prevail against it.
Let's all say that together. The gates of hell. Let's read that again. The gates of hell.
How many have ever been attacked by a gate?
So that's what you call unrevealed language. It's a phrase, but you know, it means bad things. But you don't exactly know what the bad things are because it's. It's spoken in a way where it's called the gate. So somebody has to explain that or else you're not going to know what that means.
But Basically, Satan has entrances to his kingdom. They are called gates. Heaven has 12 of them. Satan is a counterfeiter, so he at least has 12 because he doesn't do anything originally. He just copies God and adds perverted, twisted things to it.
So when, when it says, I'm going to build my church and the gates of hell shall not prevail against it, we're looking at things like poverty, that's a gate. Sickness, that's a gate. Religion, that's a gate. Violence in all of its forms, that's a gate. You see?
Money, that's a gate. Power, that's a gate. The occult, that's a gate. Sexual immorality, that's a gate. So do you see now what I'm saying?
All forms of addiction, that's a gate. So it just says this, that the church, the, the people of God, if they have the right relationship with the church, you can be sure that is in the church where you have your protection. Satan hates church. You think he does everything against you. No, he does everything against the church because he knows that he can never defeat the church.
The Bible is very clear about that. The church will never be defeated by Satan. Not ever, ever, ever. You are in danger if you don't understand the sacredness and the value of, of church, if you do not know how to relate to church, then you are going to suffer from that ignorance. So you need to learn why the church is so important and what your relationship to the church is supposed to be.
God doesn't do anything outside the church. So if you're a lone ranger, you are on your own.
Just know that you're on your own. You can say whatever you want, but you're on your own. You are like part of a herd and the wolves are everywhere and they're going to see that you're not part of the herd. They're going to see that you're all by yourself over here doing your own thing in the name of liberty, freedom, individuality. God talks to me.
I can do what I want. The Lord has my own calling. I don't answer to anybody. I'm not accountable to anything. You're over here alone and the wolves are going to eat you.
And the way they eat you is by deceiving you. And you get deceived and you think you're this great person and really what you are is just all alone. And the wolf will eat your heart till you can't love anybody else. Your eyes till you can't see anybody. They'll eat your ears till you can't hear God.
They'll eat your hands so you can't touch God. And they'll eat your feet so you can't walk with God. But pretty soon you're just a piece of meat.
So don't let Satan get you to hate the church are to disrespect the church because you went to a hypocritical church. May I fix that for you real quick? There are no not hypocritical churches. All churches have hypocrites in them.
That's no reason to not go to church. Almost every person is a hypocrite in some way.
And if you join, for sure the church is going to have a hypocrite in it.
So what happens is that Satan puts you in religion, religion tries to molest you, or it tries to steal your wife, or it tries to steal your husband or it does some other wicked, cruel thing. And so now people by the thousands and thousands and thousands hate church because they think it's all the same. And so they sit at home watching TV and watching church on TV thinking that is good enough. And it's not. You'll see why.
Holla. Holla. Everybody wave your hands and say, I don't know what you're talking about.
I thought I was going to get a shot in the arm. It looks like I'm going to be skinned alive. Hallelujah. Come on, everybody. Hallelujah.
Come on, everybody. Hallelujah. Come on, don't be religious. Hallelujah.
Look at somebody right now and say, I don't know what's going on right now. I've never been to a church where they do this kind of stuff. Who's that person? They're high. They got to be on drugs right now.
Church is God's treasure. Let's say it together.
And this church has 900 extensions. Do you know how pleased God is with kings? Do you have any idea how famous and powerful Dr. Morocco is in heaven? And Pastor Joshua and all the leaders and all the pastors and all of you that have come from doing little work and serving faithfully and faithfully growing up. And now you minister this and some of you are a pastor of that because a church embraced you.
A church said, we know you're a woman, but you're not cursed. You are blessed. You can be a pastor, you can be a prophet, you can be an evangelist. You can be in a. You can be whatever God puts on you, whatever anointing he puts on you, you can do that because this is the church and you'll see in a minute.
So you have to be careful, because religion takes things out of context. They'll take scripture out of context. They won't be able to read what was actually happen for that to be spoken. And they just make a whole doctrine out of it. And it's a easy way to pretty much silence all the women, but you can't silence a woman.
I don't know if you all figured that out. You may keep her quiet in church, but the one step outside the door, one step outside that door, she's talking to you and letting you have it. Blah, blah, boom.
And then in the car.
So it's all just a joke. It's a. It's a joke. It's a ridiculous joke. And the ones that submit to it simply come under a spirit of witchcraft.
So you with me so far? Everybody raise your hand again and say, I'm not going to get offended because I got my own beliefs about everything and I don't believe any woman. I don't say nothing. Shut up. Women are crazy.
Okay, let's keep going. Now. Didn't mean to offend you. If you're of the kind that thinks women. Be quiet.
Okay, so let's keep going. Now, the gates of hell, I named a few of them for you. Said they're not going to prevail. So if you're in church with a good relationship, guess what? Guess what's not going to prevail against your family.
Say it out loud. Guess what's not going to prevail. All right, that's a beautiful promise. Now let's go through and look at why the church is important to you and how you need to relate to it. This is important.
Let's go through the symbols and meanings of the church real quick. One, the church is an ark. And the ark is for the purpose of keeping you safe from storms. It is here that you will be safe from the storms of life.
Secondly, it's called an army. If you do not grow up as a Christian warrior and soldier, when God shows up at your door as a general, you'll be dressed in your pajamas.
But what he really needed was a Navy seal.
He needed a commando that day. And you're in your PJs because you don't recognize God as a general, because you don't have a concept of being a soldier. But when you're in spiritual warfare and battles, you're going to need people that you can call and say, I'm being attacked by the devil. I need some warriors. I Need some soldiers.
I need somebody to come in here and knock the, the devil out of everything. Clean up my house. Get the devils out of. Get the demons out.
Well, you're not going to get that at the Masons. The Masons are not going to give you that.
Jehovah's are not going to give you that. The Mormons are not going to give you that. None of the religious churches are going to give you that because they don't even have a concept of being warriors and spiritual warfare. They don't even believe in in many cases.
You with me so far? Give somebody a high five and say, my gosh, your dentures are fabulous. Quite a lovely color between blue and green. Fabulous. The church is a body.
If, for example, Pastor Tim. If Pastor Tim's left arm is not connected to his body and he has no blood flow to his arm, what happens to his arm? The Bible says that you're a member of the body, but you're not the whole body. For example, let's say you're the nose. Well, I mean, that's a fabulous thing to be because that's discernment.
You can smell things. The problem is if you're not connected to the body, you're just a nose sitting on the floor. You're smelling everything, but you can't talk about it because you have no mouth. Because you're not a mouth. You have no brain, you have no ears, you have nothing.
You're just there smelling stuff with nowhere to go with it. And because you're disconnected, you're only going to survive for a little while because you're going to start to disintegrate because you're not getting any joint supplying, it says every joint, supply. Not every joint, But every joint.
The church is a body, and you're something in the body. The reason you're in church is to learn what your purpose is and what your gifts are. What are you? Are you an ear, a nose, an eye, a foot, a heart, a lung, a hand, a tongue, teeth? What are you?
You're going to learn it here in churches where you are you. Your identity is revealed. Hallelujah. Everybody wave your hand. You can see why the devil doesn't want you in church.
Well, you're not going to get this watching tv. You won't get this learning about guns. Absolutely, learn about guns. I hope you're carrying them right now. But that's not going to teach you what you are.
You're going to have to come here to learn what you are. And if you're so lazy that you don't want to know because you. You don't like working, then you have a curse on you. And if you think you're not going to answer to God because of ignorance, you're not going to be able to go up to heaven and say, lord, I didn't know. That excuse doesn't work because you have the Bible.
And you are required to know everything in the Bible because it's available to know. You're not judged for what you know. You're judged for what was available for you to know.
So. So playing the stupid game doesn't work in heaven. That can work on your wife. You can say to your wife a million times, I didn't know. Oh, my gosh, Mom.
My God. I don't know. I thought. I know I flushed it. I know I did.
My God. What is that? Oh, Jesus. What? Well, what do you think happened, Henry?
Do you think somebody went. Came in through the window and just did that mess? There's no one else in the house, Henry. There's just two of us. Yeah, Yeah, I know.
You could do that at the house, but you can't do that with God.
So if you don't know, you're still accountable.
You don't get to play the I don't know card. Hallelujah. That's why you come to church. To be taught and trained not to go home and watch TV and do nothing. Because here's the truth.
90% of. Of the body of Christ is saved, sanctified, and useless.
It's a beautiful day we're having today in the church.
People are freaking out right now, wondering if they're born again, saved or something. I don't feel the love right now. I'm going to go over here and encourage myself. Praise the Lord. Hallelujah.
Way to go, Ivan. You're preaching really good. It's going really good. You're doing great. Keep it up.
So the church is a bride. A bride. Now, most Christians treat the church like a mistress.
They visit her. If they like what she does, they pay her.
But this is not a mistress. You have to marry this woman.
My wife is my wife, not my mistress. How do I know she's my wife? Because she has the checkbook.
And when I come home and everything's gone and she gave it away or spent it or something, I don't get to have inquiries because this is my wife. This is not my mistress. What did you do with everything? Glory to God, the Lord, the Lord, the Lord Jesus. Or not even that.
I just did this. Glory to God. Okay. Hallelujah. Because it's a wife.
A covenant. The church, you must have a covenant.
Not a mistress. Relationship. A covenant.
Praise the Lord. You can't just say, nobody knows me. That's the way I like it. I'm sorry. It just doesn't work like that.
It's maybe best for you in your mind, but you'll never fulfill your destiny with that attitude. Let's keep going.
The church is a family. Look at two, three people around you and say, you're my brother and my sister. Can I ask you a question? Do you chase your sister? Do you go around chasing your sister to try to have sex with her?
Asking a question? This is a family. These are your sisters. That is your brother.
Because it's a family, there are rules.
If you don't think anything of the church, then you can do whatever you want. Because you might be half wolf, half lamb.
See what I'm saying? This is a family. And you've been adopted. Everybody's adopted. And we're all related now to God and we're in his family.
So now we treat each other with the respect, brothers and sisters. And you don't get to like one and not like the other. There's no bias in this family. There's no prejudice in this family. There's no racism in this family.
If you actually hate a person for the way they look and you don't even know them, you're not saved. And you're not going to go to heaven. I'm telling you that right now, you're not going to heaven.
Now, you can hate people, you know, for a little while, but you're going to have to get over it. You know, you say, I hate that person, but they did my daughter.
But you're going to have to get over. But to hate a person you don't even know just because they look like that, that's a lost person on their way to hell. So you can be sure that all of the Ku Klux Klan, preachers all in hell.
And everybody that accuses people falsely, all in hell.
No, you don't get to be responsible about things like that. As a child of God, you don't get to just call people names with no, nothing. Oh, no, no, no, no, no.
Turn to somebody and say, my God. Hallelujah.
So what is this a family? So you're not just. You're not just visiting church. You're. You're asking God if this is your family.
Is this my family or do I look for another one? But there's going to be a family. The church is also a garden. So you get cultivated here, your roots get worked on here, you get pruned. Here, you get watered here, sunshine is given to you.
Here, you get protected here, the wolves are removed here, the little foxes are taken away, the worms are pulled out. All the poisons are removed. All the thorns are taken out. All the weeds are taken out. Taken out.
That's the church. And finally, to end, look at two people and say, no, don't quit. Please keep going.
Say to your neighbor, don't quit. Go for 20 hours. So here it is, everyone.
Very important.
The church is a temple, a sanctuary. It's where we come together in all of the facets. And together we worship and adore and bless the Lord and where we get to develop, grow together. This is something God told me when I was 18 years old.
He said, there's gonna come a time in your life where you're gonna be tempted to go on tv. You're gonna be tempted to do this and this. He outlined it for me.
He said, don't do it because I have called you to be a local church pastor. Whatever God called me to do. The thing about identity is like this. You have to know who you are. Because I go to.
From one church to the other. I'm not. Different thing.
The next church I go to, I'll be an apostle. And it's Apostle Ivan is coming. He's our apostle of our church. La, la, la. The next church I go, they say, oh, this is Prophet Ivan coming.
He's a prophet. He's going to come and it's going to be great. Then the next church I go, Evangelist Brother Ivan Tate is coming. Hallelujah. Pastor, the next one, Pastor Ivan Tate is coming.
Teacher, my God is coming.
And then the next church I go, Brother Ivan is to come.
Well, I'm not going to go around blowing horns and doing things. I know who I am, and I'm at peace with it. Praise the Lord. But you do need to know who you are, because if you don't, then you're. You become a spiritual schizophrenic.
Praise God. Now everybody say, this is what we're ending with. I love my church.
Just like your wife is not perfect, my brothers, your wife is not perfect. Almost real close and not quite right. And just like your husband is not perfect, you do not kick him out because he has a law. Because when you got married, you were deceived.
You stood there and said, I love you. You're the One I've been searching for all my life. You're so beautiful. I can't wait. And then you look at her, and then you could whisper, possibly, you better run for your life.
But then after a week or two, you go, hmm. How come you didn't tell me you had that problem? How come you didn't tell me you were like that? Because nobody counsels people right before they get married. You don't console people on things they have, right?
You counsel them on all the secret, scary stuff, things that could end a marriage. For example, do you change your underwear every day, my brother? Because this woman is going to marry you, and she needs to know that you don't change your underwear until they fall off.
Be honest, because every lie that you bring into a marriage will turn into a hangman's noose.
And you need to ask about the. If you're going to marry a woman, you need to say, do you interpret everything symbolically?
What do you mean? If you leave your sock in the living room, does that mean something? Or did he just take it off and. Or did he on purpose put it there for you to see so that you would lose your mind?
Because that means something. No, it doesn't. You're married to a brainless man who does brainless things and has to be coached into intelligent behavior.
And all the women said, I love this interpretation.
So we're done. Let's give the Lord a hand. Everybody clap your hands and praise the Lord. Tell him he's great and mighty and wonderful. Play any music you got.
I want you to close your eyes for a moment, and I'm going to pray for healing between you and any. Any activities that you have had in church, anywhere in your life.
And any of you that have been hurt in church. And I want to. I want you to remember what I'm about to say. Now, your eyes ought to be closed right now, because I'm going to. I'm ministering to you now.
And the reason you're closing your eyes is to shut out all the distractions. But. But here's the thought. Here's the thought.
In the Bible, King Saul had a son named Jonathan, and he had a son named Mephibosheth. And what it says is that Mephibosheth, as a baby, the nurse dropped him, and it says these exact words in the king's house, and he became a cripple. Right now what we're going to do is we're going to pray for every person that is sitting out there in houses that's saved, but is hurt and wounded. And we're going to call them back to church. If, you know people like that, call them back right now.
If you know the people that won't go to church because this happened or that happened, maybe their. Their pastor had a moral failure and. Or other things may have happened, whatever, but just know that our job is to restore people.
So now, Lord, we minister to the mephibosheths of this world who were dropped in the king's house and have become crippled. They are crippled by what they experienced in a church. And we now stretch our hands to the north part of Alaska, to the south part of Alaska, to the west part of Alaska, and to the east part of Alaska as far as it stretches. And we call to come back to your home and to your family, because this is a home. This is not an asylum.
This is a home.
And we say, come back to the house of God. Come back and love God.
Love God because there is a family for you. Those of. Those of people watching. There is a family for you. There's a.
There's a family that will love you. There are people that. That are not hypocrites. There are people that love God. There are people that care about you and will care about you and will take you through healing and will restore you and will help you become what God wants you to become.
Everyone's eyes are closed. I want to ask this question. Do you want to go to heaven when you die?
Do you want God to put inside your heart the peace that passes every type of understanding so that you know without any doubt of any kind, when you die, you will go to heaven?
Do you not want to feel like an orphan anymore?
Do you want to feel like you have a family, a home, an army, to be a part of a purpose, a goal, a direction? Do you want to love God's church with all of its flaws and all of its flawed people? Because you cannot judge God by his adopted children.
God has to be judged by his only begotten son.
He takes us all in, however we are and loves us as much as we will let him. If you are not 100% sure that you're going to go to heaven when you die and you want God to put that peace in your heart. And right now you know that God is watching. God is watching.
He said, if you're not ashamed of me in public, I'll confess your name to my father. If you are ashamed of me, then I will be ashamed of you. So what I'm going to ask you to do right there where you you're sitting. If you want God to put that peace in your heart, what I want you to do right now, right there where you're sitting, is lift your hand right now high enough for me to see.
Look at that Lord. Look at that, Lord.
And I'm going to pray for you. And God is going to do a miracle. I want you to stand up right there where you're at and let me pray for you. Stand to your feet. If you're lifting your hands.
Now, everybody that's standing, may I pray for you? May I lead you in a prayer? Would you wave your hand? If I have your permission. And I will not embarrass you or make you say anything to anybody, but would you walk up here where I can look in your eyes for one minute?
Just leave your seat really quick. Come on up here. Stand up here. And I just want to look at your eyes when I pray for you.
Make one line. I'll just across here.
If you know them, then stretch your hands towards them.
You'll be a flame of fire. You'll be like a waterfall. You're like a fan that cools down the souls of people. You're a healer. You will set captives free.
You will open cages. You will get the drug addict out. You will bless the brokenhearted. You will open the eyes of the blind.
You will set wicked people on the right path. God will teach you and help you to teach those that are in terrible fear. You will be like a trumpet sounding the truth. You will have the gift of wisdom. You will have the gift of just joy.
You're like a farmer. You will grow things. And the things you sow on the ground will come up. You will be a great reaper of the blessings of God. Nothing Satan sends that you will have success ever again.
You will break the curses over your family. Stretch your hands out to everybody. Everyone say this prayer. Prayer with me, dear Jesus. I renounce the devil.
I renounce Satan. I will not serve the devil or obey him or believe in him. I will not be part of the worldly spirit. I will walk in the truth. I accept Jesus as Lord and savior who.
And I ask you, Jesus, to come into my heart and wash me with the blood of Jesus clean from all my sin. I disconnect myself from everyone that has hurt me, betrayed me, used me and broken me. I forgive them as you are forgiving me. I forgive myself for everything I've done and allow the guilt to go away. Now, Jesus, write my name in the Lamb's book.
Of life. And if I'm already saved, take my doubts away. Lead me in the path of truth. Fill me with light, joy and power. Power.
I'll love you till the day I die. For I am a learning Christian. In the name of Jesus, I'm going to heaven and the devil is defeated. Would you turn around and face the church for one minute? Ladies and gentlemen of the jury, can I present to you these men and women that are on their way to heaven.
And the devil is a liar. Liar. They have been set free. The saved have been removed from their doubt and the lost have found the truth. They're on their way to glory.
They're going to grow in truth and power. And the joy of the Lord will be their strength. Now everybody stretch your hands out towards them and say these words over them. In the name of. Of Jesus, we break all curses from your family off of you in the name of Jesus.
You will not develop their sicknesses, their mental problems, their emotional problems. You will not live like them. You will not be poor like them. You will not be sick like them. They're like be no addictions in you, no bad habits in you.
And no divorce shall be in your family. You shall be blessed going in, you'll be blessed coming out. You'll be blessed in the house, you'll be blessed in the street, you'll be blessed in the country. Everything you touch shall prosper and grow and be blessed. In the name of Jesus.
Your darkness is fleeing away and your light is coming to your house. No longer will you fear and be in torment and have bondage of any kind. Your nightmares will leave you from this moment on and your sleep shall be sweet and full of love and light and bless. Blessings in Jesus name and everybody said hallelujah. Glory to God.
Give them a hand as they go back to sit down. God bless you. Let's give the Lord a hand, everybody.
