David's Worship Revolution

Take your Bible's turn, please, to the book of 1st Chronicles and find the 16th chapter. And we're going to read 1st Chronicles 16:1 here in just a moment.

I'm so glad you came to church tonight.

Calling this David's worship revelation. David's worship revelation. Before we read the text, let me catch you up and I. I have to really abbreviate the review. Talking about King David, a man after God's own heart. God.

Man looks at the outward appearance. God looks at the. At the heart. We're studying this life of this boy. We're introduced to him when he's probably 15, 16, maybe 17 years old.

And he's brought from the sheep pasture that as very possibly an illegitimate son. And he's elevated at this time. Now to the king of all of Israel. He was oil poured over his head by the prophet. And are the vast things here?

Yes. No. Okay, if you come in later, you let me know. How about. Susan, are you here?

I'm just. I'm. I'm playing with you. Lift your hands and say, it's good to be in church. Okay.

Praise God. The vast things come. If they. If they come, you let me know.

So we're looking at his life, and he's at this point now, the king over all of Israel. What's the first thing he does?

Look at that. See, I. I was spirit led. Here's the fastings right now. Would you guys just lift your hands? We're going to pray for you, Father.

Thank you. You got all your little ones. Oh, you guys didn't stand up. What happened, bro? What's up?

All right. You're moving to Tennessee. We're going to miss you. Pastors and ministers, did you come around them, Father? Thank you so much.

The leading, the guiding, and the direction of your spirit. We trust you, Lord, for the establishment of your plan in their life. Fulfill every plan and hope that you have for them. Lead them, guide them, direct them. Bring them to the place where they should go.

Establish them, Lord. Give them a great shirt. You got a church over there, bruh. Good. All right.

Establish them. Raise them up. We thank you for bringing them here. And if it be your will, bring them back. God's will be done.

We love you. Would you put your hands together for Them, they're moving away.

We're family here. King David, he's given 1/12 of the promise. I, I've said this. It seemed to hit for many people, just hits different. The prophecy over your life and fulfillment are two different things.

God will give you a prophetic word of. The timing of that prophetic word are two separate issues. We had this promise of being king over all of Israel, but he only gets 1 12th. He gets Judah, one tribe and he any faithfully leads that tribe that 1/12 fulfillment for seven years. There's civil war and eventually he's.

He becomes king over all of Israel. The first thing he does is king. Raise your hand if you know the first thing he does is king. Raise your hand. What's the first thing he does?

It was last week or two weeks ago, I forget. He goes after Jerusalem. He goes over the city of Zion, the city of David in Jerusalem. Everybody say the city of Zion, city of David, Jerusalem, it's all the same place. The city of David is an 11 acre piece of land using.

They didn't use the term acres, but we understand acres. About 11 acres and a unique strategy. And he kicks the Jebusites out supernaturally. God gives him his strategy and the Philistines hear about it and they come and attack him. And he deals with the Philistines and they abandon their idols there.

And he is firmly established as the king over all of Israel. The fulfillment of the prophetic word for David has happened. Come on, somebody say praise the Lord. What's the next thing he does? He goes and he gets the God box, which I arc.

I had, I had some people that were upset that I called the God box. So I'm just going to say it again. God box. There you go. There you go.

So the Ark, the Ark of the Covenant, the visible manifestation of God in the earth at that time was between the cherubim. The Ark of the Covenant. It was 70 years. 70 years. Can you imagine?

The very centerpiece of all of Judaism is the ark. And it's 70 years and away from its resting place.

And David goes to get the ark. And I won't go into all the history, but it's really good. People get killed. Whole nation gets hemorrhoids. Anyway, God, the Philistines didn't do so good.

Dagon loses his head and David goes to get the ark and they bring in from Abinadab's house, but they don't do it right. They put it on a new car, which is a nice thought, but they didn't Study. They didn't go to ksm but they don't realize that the Ark is supposed to be carried on the shoulders of men. Same is true today. It's types and shadows.

Old Testament picture book, New Testament reality. The Ark, the glory of God is carried on the shoulders of men. God's glory lives inside human hearts now because of the death and the resurrection and the out of Jesus and the outpouring of the Spirit, which we celebrate tonight and every night that it is Pentecost Sunday, the glory is going to cover the earth. Knowledge of the glory of the Lord. How?

Through you, through me, through the church of the living God. Can you say yes? Can you say Amen?

So they didn't do it right? And Uzzah, I mean, even his name just sounds like what happened. He's. He. Well, meaning, reaches out because of a familiarity with the.

The ark being in his house. He just figures he can reach out and touch it. But he's. He's smoked. He's.

He smoked. He. He gets split open. Perez means breaking forth. And I.

My picture is that he's got, you know, he's smoking from the ground. I mean, it's like lightning comes out and hits him. He dies. He dies. Here's a guy.

Well, Meaning touches the Ark. So the ark goes into Abinadab Elbet Edom's house. And David, David is angry, says he was angry that day. And he said, how can the ark come to me? And, and he brings the Ark to Jerusalem.

And it is an incredible. You gotta understand, there's thousands of people. It is a national. It's not like, it's not like a few of the prophetic people with flags are there, and a couple people jumping around with tambourines and it's, you know, you have a couple hundred people just come into. No, it's like 30, 40, 50,000 people coming in Jerusalem.

It is a national event. The Ark is coming back to Israel, coming to Jerusalem for the first time, not coming to Shiloh. What's significant about that? Well, they were still having. They were still having their form of religion, lacking the power thereof.

Can we imagine being the high priest? No, I've thought about this. Pastor Tim, he's a high priest, but you don't have any ark. What, I mean, do you still. What do you sprinkle?

What do you, you know, what are you putting the blood on? I mean, what are you doing? I mean, I mean, what's in the inner sanctum there? What's in the Holy of holies? No, no, Holy is in the holy of holies.

The box is not there. I mean, what are they doing for all those years?

And David brings the Ark not to Shiloh, which is where it should have been. He brings it to the city of David. He brings it to Jerusalem. He brings it there and he sets up.

Oh, my goodness. This is so good. I'm gonna have a minute for a second. I'll be right back. Oh, my gosh.

Is stand up on your feet. First Chronicles 16, Verse one. Then we're going to go to verse four. Then we're going to go to verse 37. So that's quite a sampling of that chapter.

Here we go. So they brought the ark of God and set it in the midst of the tabernacle that David had erected for it. They offered burnt offerings and peace offerings before God. Verse 4. And he appointed some of the Levites to minister before the Ark of the Lord to commemorate, to thank, to praise the Lord God of Israel all the way to verse 37.

So he left Asaph and his brothers there before the ark of the covenant of the Lord to minister before the Ark regularly. Listen closely. As every day's work required. Father, move in power tonight in Jesus name. And may we be deeply, profoundly affected as a result.

And that which you revealed to me over the past few hours and even over the past few weeks would be deposited in our hearts and deposited into this house. The vow that we made so many years ago. You would help us to fulfill it in the name of Jesus. Amen. You may be seated last.

I preached to you from this series. We looked at Psalm 132, Psalm 132. I entitled that message, no Rest. Psalm 132, verse 1 through 5, says, Lord, remember David and his afflictions, how he swore to the Lord and vowed to the Mighty one of Jacob. It says in verse three, surely I will not go into the chamber of my house or go up to the comfort of my bed.

Verse 4. I will not give sleep. Listen closely. I will not give sleep to my eyes or slumber to my eyelids until I find a place for the Lord, a dwelling place for the Mighty One of Jacob. David.

It is said that he wrote that, but other scholars say it's anonymous and, and we're not quite sure, but from that psalm, it's, it's. It's in quotes, and it says, I. I, David will not allow sleep. He was committed. He made a. A commitment.

He made a covenant. He made a. He made a vow. I love what my wife said to me as I Walked out the door because I was talking about Dave. The tent of David.

And we're going to look at that. What is the tent of David? What is this tabernacle of David? Oh, I hope I can get through this, because I'm undone. Father, help me.

Let's pray for me right now. Did we pray yet? Let's pray again. Jesus, help. Help me communicate what you're burning in my spirit even as I talk Jesus name.

He brings the ark. And while he brings it there, he breaks all Levitical law, breaks all the rules, and God blesses it. He builds a tabernacle of David. He sets up a tent, his own tent. It doesn't go to Shiloh.

It goes to Jerusalem. It goes to the city of David. It goes to Zion. It goes there. And yet at the same time, as I was saying just a few minutes earlier, the priests are worshiping without the power of God.

And it sees two tabernacles, and it really is like that. Today. There are dead Pharisaical churches. They have no fire, no power, no anointing, no zeal, no miracles, no presence. Then you have other churches, what I hope to be a part of, that are filled with fire, filled with anointing, filled with miracles, filled with signs, filled with wonders.

Come on. That's what we hope to be. We want to be a place where he can rest, a place where he can come. This commitment, this vow to, to the Lord. I'll give no rest to my eyes till I find a place for you to rest.

He knew about the ark being near to Bethlehem, where he grew up. He heard stories, undoubtedly. And what had happened over the past 70 years, like revival stories. Oh, yeah. And then the Philistines, those ugly buggers, those fish worshipers, they all got hemorrhoids.

And David's like, whoa, that's awesome, right?

I mean, he heard revival stories. You know, your kids hearing stories and being in services like tonight is very important.

And so David at some point said, oh, I, I, I've got to, I've got to be near him. I, I see. He swore. He vowed to make a dwelling place for God.

Psalm 27, verse 4. One thing I have desired. How many of you know this psalm? One thing I have desired of the Lord that will I seek after dwell in the house of the Lord all the days of my life to behold. Listen closely.

To behold the beauty of the Lord. And to. What is that? Do you know? Bump your neighbor and say, listen, Bump.

Go ahead, bump. Say, hey, listen. Come on, Instagram. Later. Tick tock, later.

Text later. What is the beauty of the Lord? What is that? Do you know what that is? Have you seen that?

Can you. Can you describe to me. Can you describe to me what the beauty of the Lord is? For you said I, I. It's kind of weird.

You kind of creeping me out a little bit. Yeah. Because we're stuck in, like, a dead religion. Many times there is a place in God. There's a place where the yoke is destroyed.

There's a place in God that will forever change you and alter you. And I would say that David experienced that. So much so that he made a vow like that, oh, I'm not gonna sleep until I find a place. Oh, one thing I desire, that will I seek, that I may dwell in the house of the Lord all the days of my life. And to behold the beauty, the beauty, beauty, beauty, beautiful, beautiful Jesus.

That kind of language, the language of the Song of Solomon.

When I was a young, a younger believer, I'm still young.

When I was a younger believer, I would read the Song of Solomon when it first came to Jesus, and I would be, like, embarrassed. I'm like, geez, that's kind of intense. Then I realized in the most holy way, it's. It's about a lot. It's about love for your.

For your God. It's marital love too, but it's, It's. It's love for the Lord.

You know, the beauty of the Lord. David did. And I would say that's what drove him to do all the things that he did.

A look at the Tabernacle of David. It's this new paradigm and a setup and an establishment of really a whole another temple. While the tabernacle. Now the temple's not built right. He funds the temple.

It's a new place of worship. While the original prescribed Levitical place of worship is still happening. And God doesn't kill everybody. There's something about it. And you can see this Tabernacle of David even in the Book of Acts, chapter 15.

So he. He erects his tent or this tabernacle, and he put singers and musicians before the ark to worship God. You notice that a day's work, literally, he pays for people to worship and to. And to sing before the Lord 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Now, I've.

I've been some. Through some dizzying mathematics about how many people that is and how many people he paid for. He funded a whole worship revival so that people didn't have to go into the fields, they didn't have to Go do anything else. They would just come to the ark. They would just come and take their place before the ark with families.

I mean it's this amazing thing, this tent with the ark in the middle. And it seems that all of these families and people would surround the ark on all sides and they would sing and worship.

First Chronicles 9 and 33, they're employed in the work. One theologian said is 4,000 musicians, 288 singers and 4,4000 gatekeepers. Another person said this approximately 10,000 people he employed in full time staff to facilitate worship and offerings to God. That's extravagant.

No, you're looking at, you'll be looking at this building. Well, how come you build such a big building? No, this is not extravagant. That, that's extravagant. Or is it?

Certainly in his day and even by today's standards, It seems to me that David saw something from the Lord that, that other people didn't see that maybe we haven't seen. The way he sacrificed, the way he gave, the way he writes his psalms. He. He encountered something from God. David.

A man after God's own heart. If you want to define him, that's how God defines him. A man after God's own heart, which I love and I've said it dozens of times already in this series. A man after God's own heart that's responsible for killing 85 Priesthood Knob. A man after God's own heart that messes up, disobeys the.

Disobeys the prophetic word. A man after God's own heart. Does that bring encouragement to anybody besides me? He's constantly signing up again, constantly retooling to say okay, okay, okay, Lord. He constantly comes back to the Lord and he blows it with Bathsheba.

And we're soon to look at that text.

Do you know that this worship revival pattern here now I did not know this until today. This pattern of Davidic worship. You ready? You're not ready? Bump your neighbor and say get ready.

Minister Heidi this pattern is in every Old Testament revival, everyone. There's seven. There's seven major. All depends on what Jordan defined as revival. But seven major Old Testament revivals and every single one has the pattern of David with a restoration of worship.

I know you're looking at me with the eyes of unbelief, so I'm just going to go through it real quick. Jehoshaphat, in 2nd Chronicles 20, the Levites, those appointed to sing verse 21 to sing of those appointed to sing to the Lord, they came with string to instruments. It's worship. There's an establishment of singers and musicians. Jehoiada.

And the second Chronicles 23:18, he appoints Levites with singing. And it. And it says in 2nd Chronicles 23:18, as it was established by David, that actually says, I doing this. Because that's what David did. That's what Jehovah says.

Wow. In 835 B.C. hezekiah's revival in 725. Now this is. This is hundreds of years after 2nd Chronicles 29, verse 25 to 27, he stationed the Levites in the house of the Lord.

Stringed instruments. According to the commandment which of David. According to the commandment of David. According to what? To the commandment of David.

David sets up a worship revolution. And what's amazing is we see it in the New Testament, but it's totally missing in the church. Oh, there are some places that have gotten a hold of it. And I'd like to say that we're on our way. I don't want to be too hard on us, but there's coming.

I prophesied to you a worship revolution that comes out of a revelation. A revelation of worship and prayer that brings forth a revolution. I prophesied to you. We made a vow. How many years ago was that?

My wife, I'm walking out, she says, remember the vow we made? I'm like, yeah.

We were so undone in the power of God. Presence of God in the old building. It has to be, I don't know, 15 years ago, right? 14. 15 years ago.

You were there. You there. Some of you were there. Our dear friend. The Bolanders were not these guys.

You were dear friends also. But Randy Bolander came. He was part of a great prayer movement. And it was like this baton was passed to us. And as I took it, I said what comes out of my mouth?

And when it's coming out of my mouth, I'm like, oh, God, what did I just say? We vowed to fulfill a mandate of having 24 hour a day, seven day a week prayer and worship. And I took this. I took this baton, and a lot of things happened as a great swirl of challenges and events. But as I'm studying this, I'm reminded of that.

And I want to say that somehow I have faith to see it happen. Now, I. I didn't so much have that.

I see it as right. I see it as a pattern. Hezekiah did it. Josiah. Josiah.

Revival. 2nd Chronicles 35. This is 6:25. We're talking hundreds of years between each other. These kings have revival and they.

They quote David. Come on. You don't believe me? Turn to Second Chronicles 35. Turn there.

Second Chronicles 35. Some of you are looking like he's making it up. No, I'm not making it up.

2nd Chronicles 35.

If you can put it on the screen. Verse 15. 2nd Chronicles 35, 3 through 15. Is that text.

Now go to verse 4. Sorry. 2nd Chronicles 35. 4. Can you throw that up for me?

Prepare yourselves according to our. Your Father's houses, according to the divisions. Following the written instruction of David, King of Israel, and is written in the instruction of Solomon, his son.

He gives instructions. He's basically. He reinstituting the worship of David. I mean, that's amazing. Come on.

Somebody say whoa. Literally. Some say there's nine revivals. Okay, there's seven. I counted seven.

You could count Moses and Mount Sinai as a revival. You could. It all depends. But it is clearly evident that there's these worship instructions that come from David, that. That these kings and leaders follow.

Zerubbabel, Ezra, chapter 3, verses 10 through 11.

The Levites to praise the Lord according to the ordinance of David, according to the commandment of David. Ezra and Nehemiah. Nehemiah 12. Levi said they gave thanks according to the commandment of David. According to the what commandment of David?

That's verse 24. Nehemiah 12, 24. So there's this command that these kings follow these leaders. Verse 45. It says it again.

The singers of the gatekeepers are in charge of God according to the commandment of David. It is truly astounding. David established this tent, this. This tabernacle where God. I mean, can you imagine being a part of that team?

Can you? What part? What team? I'm. I'm part of the tabernacle of David.

Can you imagine showing up and there's a. The Ark of the Covenant. And between the two cherubims is blue flame of fire called the Shekinah Glory.

I'm going to say that again. Blue flame of fire called the Shekinah Glory. Just wanted to say it more. Into glory. Lift your hands and say glory.

Again. I've said it. I think I said it 15 times today. Old Testament is a picture book of New Testament reality. So what's it pointing to?

It's pointing to a veil. Less worship. It's pointing to an intimacy with God that can only be found in Jesus. But the Lord allowed David to do it with the ark. When an.

When a. When a Uzzah would be kept, would be killed through this holy reverence. And this vow, this commitment, this covenant he made to behold the beauty of the Lord, to find a place for him to rest. And he brings the ark and he sets up. It's.

It wasn't anywhere but in the heart of David. Where did David get it? You know where I think he got it? The throne. Because around the throne, go read Revelation 3, Revelation 4, Revelation 5.

Around the throne, 24 hours a day. Well, there's no day there. It's. There's no sun. There's no light.

The sun is the light. It's eternity. It never ends. Innumerable worshiping God, bowing before him, giving him praise, casting their crowns. The elders, the 24 elders.

And live for living creatures and worshiping God. Worshiping him. Worshiping God. I think he had a visitation of heaven, because how else would he know to actually bring that in the earth? And then why would God actually allow it?

Now, I'm reading between the lines a little bit, but this is what David did. He appoints these Levites to minister.

Thanking and praising the Lord. This is verse four through six of our main text.

First Chronicles 16.

He wrote a psalm to dedicate the ark being established in Jerusalem. Psalm 16, verse 7 through 36. He gave the song to Asaph, which is like the worship team gave the song, the psalm to them. I mean, you can read through Psalm 105 and Psalm 96 and Psalm 106.

David longed for the Lord that he might see his glory, and that would receive glory. Receive a resting place.

Go to Amos, chapter nine. Oh, this is good right here. Come on, somebody say it's good right here. Okay, watch this. Now brace yourself.

Amos 9 if you're able to. Brother Scripture, sister Scripture. Amos 9, verse 11 through 15. Amos 9.

On the day I will raise up the tabernacle of David, which has fallen down. So in other words, it's referring to the fact that no longer worshiping that way and repair its damages, I'll raise up its ruins and rebuild as in the days of old. Verse 12. That they may possess the remnant of Edom. And all the Gentiles are called by my name.

Says, oh, my gosh.

All the Gentiles who were called by. Raise your hand if you're a Gentile called by his name. All right, well, maybe you're a Jew, a completed Jew. Talking about Gentiles. Talking about us.

He's talking about us. He's talking about Gentiles and everybody except Jews. Everybody else is a Gentile. I thought there were pagans. Those pagans are gentiles.

Also, who are called by my name, says the Lord, who does this thing. Verse 13. Behold, the days are coming, says the Lord, when the plowman shall overtake the reaper and the treader of grapes, him who sows seed, the mountains will drip with sweet wine, and the hills shall flow with it. 14 I will bring back the captivities of my people Israel, and they shall build the waste cities and inhabit them. They shall plant vineyards and drink wine from them.

They shall also make gardens and eat fruit them. In verse 15, I will plant them in their land, and no longer shall they be pulled up from the land I have given them, says the Lord God. You know, there was replacement theology years ago when there was no Israel. And it might have been a discussion if before Israel, that the church replaced Israel because there was no Israel. Oh, but in 1948 the nation of Israel was born, born back, was again made a nation.

A miracle. The super sign of the end times is a nation of Israel. And what that's prophesying about that right there, it's about the nation of Israel and it has come to pass. And there is not a duality of covenant. There's no two covenants, there's one.

But it's powerful in that God says he's going to use the Gentiles and he's going to use the Jews, and there's a restoration to the Tabernacle of David. Now of course it's talking about Jesus, but there's a prayer movement and a worship that's going to be birthed.

It's a restoration of prayer, a restoration of worship, a restoration of the spirit of prophecy.

It's a restoration of the government of God. The ultimate fulfillment is certainly in the new heaven and the new earth. But it is amazing to be in the hour in which we live. I prophesy a new prayer and a new worship movement being birthed here. You'll see its beginnings in the summer.

By the time we hit the fall, it's going to continue to bloom and grow. And we will, by the grace of God, through his help, see a restoration of 24 hour a day, seven day a week prayer. It's going to happen. Come on, somebody say it's going to happen. You say why?

Why would we do that? What a waste of time is it? He's worthy, that's why he's worthy. And when you see him, you'll be like him as he is. So we are in the world, says the scriptures.

And there's just something about spending time with God in His presence.

Go to Acts 15.

This is James. It's saying this, verse 16.

After this, I will return and rebuild the tabernacle of David which has fallen down. He quotes Amos. I'll rebuild its ruins and I will set it up. I. Sounds familiar.

I will build my church. I will return. I will set it up. Fallen tent of David is no more. Is not an old tent in Jerusalem.

Please understand, the picture that's being here, it represents a restoration of the throne of David through Jesus, restoration of worship and prayer among God's people. And ultimately, ultimately, it's the establishment of God's kingdom in the earth until the kingdoms of men become the kings of our God. Lift your hands to Jesus. Powerful word. And I just scraped the surface, Father.

I want to pray for your eyes to be opened, for your heart to be illuminated, that you would see the beauty of the Lord.

You know, if you try to move the church forward based on people who are workers, very difficult. That's not who we are.

I don't want to call us lovers either. That just sounds weird. Creepy. I don't like that. I. I don't know what the.

Say. I've been apprehended. I've seen. I've seen him to a degree.

I've experienced the powers of the age to come a bit. I know there's more. I might be at, like, a Nazareth level. I know there's more.

I'm not driven to do service after service any more than you are, except for the fact that his love compels me and moves me forward. To preach, to pray, to prophesy. I've tasted and seen that he's good. Some of you have not. I mean, if you're here, honestly, you're here on a Sunday night in Alaska when the sun is finally out and the grass is growing and things are green.

Your fall, Wheeler. Four wheelers calling your name, and you're in church. You got. You gotta have a. You gotta have a degree of hunger to be here right now.

It's just beautiful outside.

What drives you? What drove David?

It's the love of God that constrains us. It compels us. It's a love of God that compels us. Paul said we're compelled to reach, to go into the highways and byways. We're compelled to preach, to pray, to prophesy, to worship him.

I think it was on Thursday, as my day off. I was painting my beehives. I won't go into all that, what all that means.

Power. God began to come on me. I had worship in my, in my ears and my headphones. And the worship just went to another level. And then all of a sudden I began to sense, wait, God, God.

God's in my garage.

And he looked around and said, you need to clean this place up. No, I saw what happened, but.

God is in my garage. I lifted my hands and it was partially terrifying. I said, oh, God. And I opened my garage door and I went out into my, into my front yard and lifted my hands. Birds are singing.

I could just see a measure of the glory through creation. I began to weep. Oh, God, you're amazing. I began to see a measure of his beauty. There's nothing like that.

Religion is not some, I mean, Christianity is not, is not supposed to be driven by your discipline. Oh, you should have discipline. God has not given us a spirit of fear, of the power, love and sound mind or self discipline. So there is a discipline involved. Right.

Doing it when you know it's the right thing to do even when you don't feel like it. Right, Right. But you know, when I was dating Karen, I saw, when I saw that girl, I thought, dang. Oh, snap.

I remember coming back from, I was, I managed a restaurant, it's a restaurant manager. I was coming back from managing the Pioneer Inn, which is now Burnt Sin, Lahaina, and I raced my car. I had a 1969 Pontiac Le Mans and I drove that thing doing four wheel drifts through most of the turns coming back from Lahaina. Those of you know that road, it's not real wise, but I was young and I was in love. I was in love.

I am in love. I'm in love with the Lord and I'm in love with my wife. I had her picture over the speedometer.

Don't need to see the speed. I'm just gonna see Karen right there. And I would drive, praying for God's protection. I know a little bit better now. I'm like, lord, I bind all those police officers right now.

There's a higher law at work. I won't see my. I'm gonna see my girl. Whoa. That's the way Christianity should be.

Christianity is just so in love with God, so enamored by his beauty and his kindness and his grace. They're just like, oh, can I get in your word? I want to get in your word. Oh, I get to go to church. I get to go to church.

That's different than, well, we gotta go to Sunday night. That's a very different motivation. David was motivated by encounters. I think he had even when he was a boy and throughout his life. That's why he could say one thing, just one.

I want a king who had everything, says one thing. I desire one thing to behold, to inquire in his temple, to be a person of prayer, to talk to God and have him talk back to me. I love you, Lord. I love you too. You're awesome, God.

I'm proud of you. I'll thank God that you're awesome.

You ever walk like that? Because that's what's been purchased through the death and resurrection of Jesus. It's not an ark. You are an ark. You live on.

He lives on the inside of you. Why don't you spend some time with him this week?

I'm spending time with him now. I know. I'm just challenging to go deeper.

The restoration of the tabernacle of David was. Which has fallen down, a sign of the end and his soon return.

It's the temple. It's a. It's a tent of David. It's. It's evidence.

All over the world. There are houses of prayer that are being birthed all over the world.

That's who we are. We've been had this prayer movement mostly in the mornings, 6:30 to 7:30. Currently we've been doing this prayer meeting for decades. It's not going to end. It's going to grow.

And I am calling on you to go to the next level of prayer. I'm calling on you musicians and you singers and artists calling on you. You play an instrument. I'm. I'm preparing to recruit you.

This is me preliminary recruiting. I don't care if it's the trombone, the tuba, as long as it's not the tambourine. Can I get an amen? No, I'm just teasing. I'm teasing.

I'm teasing. A tambourine has its place. It's just not in the congregation. Wow. Most people can't play it anyway.

You've heard me before. It's a. Somebody say, I want to come and bring my tambourine. Because that's. You pray your tambourine home.

You can't play it here because you mess everybody up. The drummers lose their mind. Can I get an amen from the drummer? Is that a hallelujah back there? Hey.

Right.

I'm gonna pray for you to have your eyes open to encounter God. Because if you can see him, if you can behold his beauty, you'll be not driven by a works mentality, but you'd be driven by love. I raced home. I couldn't hardly wait to see Karen. The same is true.

You'll do anything to inquire, to pray, to seek him, to spend time with them and serving him and witnessing just comes out of your walk with God because he's so awesome. You just gotta tell how people. How awesome. Oh, he's amazing. Oh, he's amazing.

Oh, let me introduce you to Jesus. Hi. You're going to hell. You need Jesus. That's not it.

I mean, that's also true. It's driven by love. Lift your hands to heaven.
