B. After Nehemiah finished building the walls (445 BC — 52 days), he and Ezra led the nation to make a covenant with God to obey all His commandments.
C. They emphasized four specific commands in this national covenant to obey God (Neh. 9:38- 13:3).
D. Why did Nehemiah define and emphasize these four areas?
